Cancelling Your Order

In accordance with Online and Distance Selling Regulation (gov.uk/online-and-distance-selling-for-businesses) you have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel your order. Except where these products have been drilled, custom made to bespoke sizes, or painted to meet your specific requirements.

Returns

Products that are to be returned are to be done at your own expense.

If you fail to return the goods, we will arrange collection but charge for doing so will be deducted off any refund that is due

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with any of the products provide then please notify us by email describing the issue as well as photos where possible, and we will endeavour to resolve this in a timely manner.

All products are covered by a Manufactures warranty against faulty workmanship and materials for at least 12 months, some longer.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of resolve and agreement.  Replacements will be processed on an individual basis and determined by individual circumstances.

Items must be returned to us at your own expense (regardless of the circumstances), along with their original packaging, within 2 weeks should you cancel you order. You must insure that such items are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage in transit.
